We were bored...
We've been stuck inside far too long with winter weather and then sickness we can't seem to get rid of. Our solution was to go swimming in the big bath tub.
Hannah loved the bath with the older kids. I hope you can see her chunks. She could definitely be a baby swimsuit model.

Our Lion
Lincoln has recently become obsessed with lions and carries these lions with him everywhere. He likes to roar like a lion, play pretend with lions, and watch Lion King all the time. A positive note is it seems like Lincoln has come out of the worst of his terrible twos and is happy again. I'm very grateful. He likes to play pretend a lot now and it's fun to watch him play it with Rachel.
Lincoln's even learned to hold both of his lions with one hand so he can still do everything while holding them.

Pretty Cute
I thought Hannah looked pretty cute here. Never mind the drool. She can really get her self around, but this is as close as she gets to crawling.
Valentine's Day
We went out to eat the Thursday before and I even dressed up in slacks. This is big for me.

I think I need a nap
I honestly, accidentally put both of Lincoln's shoes on Hannah without even knowing it. I was trying to do too many things at once to get out the door. I didn't even notice until 10 seconds later when I looked down and saw Lincoln wasn't wearing his shoes. Pardon the blurry cell phone pic

Our rabbit
This was Lincoln's lunch today...cucumbers and a little bit of cheese. That is all he wanted. He really loves produce and it floors us. We're not vegetable lovers but I've tried to talk up vegetables at dinner and make them seem awesome. Maybe it actually worked with Lincoln.

One of Those Nights
It was one of those nights. I was planning on going to bed early, but I was getting a ton done at homework so I went to bed a little later than I wanted to. I thought, no problem, as long as I get a good night sleep. This was the night that the big storm hit across all of the United States and put it in a deep freeze. Here in Lexington we just got some crazy wind. It woke Melanie and me up. Melanie got up to check the computer to see if there was a tornado warning or anything. There were 40-50 mph winds and for some reason it was really loud to us. Now we had just set up our trampoline a couple days before. Since we are new home owners and afraid horrible things are going to happen to our house, we could both picture the trampoline being lifted up and thrown into our house or a neighbor’s fence. Melanie decided to take some cinder blocks we had and put them on the legs of the trampoline. As I lay there in bed, I could picture my wife struggling in the wind to do this, so I went down and helped out.
