Conference Weekend

We enjoyed conference weekend.  I printed out some conference packets for the kids.  Their favorite was the conference crowns.

 I thought this picture was funny of Hannah. 

 Lily was obviously disturbed that she didn't get a crown...Maybe next year.

Lincoln's Quarter Chart

Rachel and Lincoln have been sharing Rachel's skates for a while, so we decided it was time for Lincoln to earn his own.

Lincoln finally earned his awesome rollar skates.

Easter at Grandma and Grandpa's

I'm catching up with the blog...We made the last minute decision to go spend time at my parents during Rachel's spring break.  It turns out that worked well because my parents decided to move to Salt Lake and we won't be as close anymore:(

We've started doing our egg hunts the day after Easter so we got to do it at Grandma's.

 Hannah had to search in every crack and corner, but found all the eggs.

 Lily loved holding Grandma.  I enjoyed letting someone else hold Lily.

My Project

My sewing machine is broken so I usually have a project each time I see my mom so I can use her sewing machine.  I've been working on decorating Hannah's room.  Last time she came we (mostly she) made the bedskirt.  When I went there I altered the pillow shams.

The Quarter Chart

Rachel has really been wanting a guitar.  This is the first time for Rachel really wanted a toy not on her birthday so we let her earn it doing extra jobs for a quarter.  Rachel was so excited when she earned.  It's fun to see her try to be a rock star now.

Visitors

We convinced more people to visit us!  Joe's brother Steve and his family came to visit.  It was a lot of fun.

We took our guests to the Wildlife Center again and took the classic picture.

Right after we should them the Keeneland horse racing track.  We're gad the weather was decent so we could do some outdoors stuff.  

Lily's Blesing

Lily Was blessed March 10th. We were grateful some family was able to come. Below are some pictures from her little photo session the day after.  This is as artsy, photographer as I get.

Kitchen Skating

This is how Rachel and Lincoln have spent a lot of their snow day.  Kitchen skating.  We only have one pair of skates so Rachel lets Lincoln have one skate and she gets the other.  Surprisingly they're very content with just one skate.  Hannah just likes to be in pictures.
